This year's Playday campaign theme is
Give us a go!
The campaign calls for children to be allowed challenging
and adventurous play opportunities and aims to shake off the
'cotton wool' culture that can limit children’s play.
This theme was unanimously agreed by the Playday steering group
and follows consultation with Playday update subscribers,
children and wider play networks.
We are now asking for feedback on the issues surrounding
risk and play. Have your say and we will we endeavour to put
your views across in our national campaign work.
