Additional information: Approx. 250 children
will be brought together from accross the district to take part in
a morning of carnival workshops which include a variety of multi
cultural dance, music and costume making. The event will culminate
in a street procession around the town at 1.30pm following a
circular half mile route. As well as celebrating children's rights
to play on the streets the procession will be styled on the theme
of 'Ludi Florales' a roman celebration of spring.
