Free resources

Boy with frisbee

Playday resources including a Playday banner, bunting, postcards, adult t-shirts, child t-shirts, stickers and scrapbooks are available for registered Playday 2008 event organisers who have registered their events.

If you have already registered your event you do not need to do anything. Items will be delivered in the week beginning 21 July, with priority for events occurring before 6 August.

Resources are distributed on a first come first served basis. Due to higher than expected demand we can no longer guarantee events registered from now onwards will receive all items. Posters, postcards and stickers are still available at present.

Last year's resources proved extremely popular - some people even took their Playday frisbee to far flung places!

Playday logo

We realise that some Playday event organisers like to produce additional promotional materials. You can request the use of the Playday logo for these purposes by emailing playday@ncb.org.uk. We require proofs prior to print whenever the logo is featured, which can be approved quickly by email.

Template press release

You may wish to make use of the Playday template press release which will be available closer to Playday. If you would like advice on publicising your Playday event, visit our Get publicity page or check out the Getting publicity section of the Get organised! guide.

Scrapstores

Why not contact your local scrapstore to get further resources for your Playday event. All sorts of donated and re-used materials are available, perfect for building go-karts, dens and all sorts! There is a network of resource centres and scrapstores throughout the UK, visit the directory on the Children's Scrapstore website to find your nearest one.
