South London Gallery Play Day

Children and families are invited to join the South London Gallery on Sceaux Gardens Estate for an afternoon of playful artist-led activities with artists Amy Pennington and WordPlay (Zoe Byatt and Leon Gower). The activities, inspired by themes from our current exhibition, Under the Same Sun: Art from Latin America Today, will centre around freedom of speech. Children will have the opportunity to experiment with recording equipment, audio games, placard making, improvisation and storytelling. Non-residents are welcome and refreshments will be provided.

FREE Playday Event!

Please come along with your children, friends and family to our Playday Event. This will be fun packed, with lots of activities for children to play such as inflatables, BMX track, sand play, cycle for all ages, face painting and much more.

There will be community services and organisations participating at the event and the opportunity for your children and family to join a new organisation and learn something new.

So why not come along for the day, feel free to bring your own picnic and most importantly have fun!

Drinks and refreshments will be available on the day and charges may apply for some activities and refreshments.
